Review: I got a car vandelized and took to this business because heard and seen there work and warranty on full paint job so took 1 month to finish after finished looked good but after 1 it stared to show sand paper marks under paint took back and they said they only cover full car paint jobs so I told them it was a full paint job they said if the insurance says they have to redo it than they will talked to insurance they said the shop has to redo or return money than they said they were not gonna redo and I should him his card that said lifetime warranty and they said do what u have to do and he just left so I took to other shops and they told me that they have to redo or give money back because they didnt sand good and it happens but its there loss but they have to all I want is money back or pay another shop to do it again I dont want to redo there what if its the same issueDesired Settlement: I would just want the money back and get painted somewere were they do good job and be real about warranty not just put on business card

Response:

We did in fact paint the entire car, however this car had previously been worked on and painted. The work we perform is under our warranty but the work of other repair facilities is not something that we cover. From looking at the vehicle more than once since it left our shop, it is easy to tell that what is coming out underneath the paint is not from us, but from poor body and paint work done before we touched the car. We are not liable for this and will not be compensating the customer.
