Well, here we go again with more lies! NOW [redacted] hasn't paid $1,700 like she said she did in the initial complaint, the Revdex.com has proof of that lie. Will most certainly called [redacted] back and I did as well, she is probably looking for our main number 937-642-2000 although we have multiple lines, why wouldn't we call her back? Does she think I'm afraid to talk to her? Does she think I run from my complaints? If there is a problem I want to know about it and if it is substantiated I will take corrective action. Mr. [redacted] dropped the truck off to my dealership last Friday evening at 5:15 pm, I offered a complete 100% refund of his money, he said he really wanted the truck but just wants the oil leak fixed. I agreed to have an independent mechanical shop look at the truck to find the cause of the leak. The Ford dealership put a dye in the oil so that they could determine with a black light where the oil was leaking from, the source of the leak HAS NOT been determined contraire to what [redacted] stated in the initial complaint. NO ONE has determined if the rear main seal is leaking, not even Ford according to Mr. Crawford. [redacted] claims we didn't inspect the truck and then accuses us that we sold a lemon knowing something was wrong, which is it? None of this makes any sense to me, she is complaining of an oil leak on a 10 year old truck with 91,000 miles on it, but now that I know about the problem, I will investigate and determine what action to take. If it is a reasonable repair I will take care of it.
