Mrs [redacted] bought a used vehicle and, ordered accessoriesshe paid by check, the check was written from the wrong account and was returned insufficient funds this took some time to troubleshoot We could not meet Ms***s day request for the completion of all accessoriesWe did offer her a month mile warranty and our limited lifetime power trane warranty, we could not honor the wrap coverage as she requested She requested we cancel her sales order for everything We canceled everything and made adjustments, Commerce Bank has her original check, we do not have a copy to mail back to herI have emailed the documents to be uploaded to this complaint to the Revdex.com

her a 3 month 3000 mile warranty and  our limited lifetime power trane warranty, we could not honor the wrap coverage as she requested.  She requested we cancel her sales order for everything . We canceled everything and made adjustments, Commerce Bank has her original check, we do not have a copy to mail back to her.
