The customer originally told us that they lived in the county and the difference in the sales tax was the city taxes. We are not the DMV and can only give estimates based on the information that is provided and Missouri's Sales Tax Calculator that can be found online.

Mrs. [redacted], I apologize for the delay and we will certainly take care of the issue... When we contacted the dealer, they said that the vehicle didn't come with a spare from the factory... I am sure that we can find something that will work though... Please give me a call at your convenience and I...

Our company has tried many times to contact this consumer in regards to this issue. The consumer failed to provide adequate income verification and was denied financing for the vehicle purchase. I have contacted them, requesting that they return the van. They have not responded to the many attempts...

we have made to get our vehicle back, nor have they made any attempt to return to our office to discuss this matter.

Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] came into our dealership on 02/06/2017 to purchase a vehicle, but we were unable to secure a loan that was acceptable to them. We have not submitted the deal to any other lenders before or after that date. You will be able to see when and who we submitted their application to...

and they are also dated the same date that Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] were in the dealership. By law the lenders have to notify Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] why they wouldn't approve them for a loan, but I have no control over how long they take to send out the letters. I have already spoken to Mr. [redacted] and told him that we haven't tried to get the deal approved anywhere else and have no reason to continue to run his credit.

[redacted] purchased his truck the year before last and his vehicle did include a complimentary "Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty"... The warranty covers all internally lubricated parts of the engine and transmission as long as he owns the vehicle, but the warranty does not cover transfer cases or rear ends... Mr. [redacted] was given a copy of the warranty contract at time of purchase and was signed by both Mr. [redacted] and AutoCenters Poplar Bluff... A little over a year after [redacted] purchased his truck, his rear end went out while traveling through Nashville Tennessee... He took his vehicle into a Dodge Dealer and the gave him an estimate to repair the vehicle and [redacted] contacted us about getting the warranty companies contact information... When he called into the Warranty Company, he spoke with a new employee of there that led Mr. [redacted] to believe that it would be a covered repair and so he left the vehicle to be fixed. After he got back to Poplar Bluff, he stopped by the dealership and one of my employees gave him a vehicle to drive while his vehicle was being repaired... Once the claim was processed the Warranty Company contacted [redacted] and informed him that the that the repair would not be covered, we offered to have the vehicle towed back here at our expense and verify the Dodge Dealers diagnoses... At no time did we tell him that vehicle would be repaired for free although that's exactly what we ended up doing... Once the vehicle arrived back at our dealership, we preformed a diagnostic and discovered that the rear end was indeed out... Our original agreement was to take care of the labor as good will if the customer paid for the parts... Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
They ran credit 9 times instead of 7. And they only showed what they ran on my wife and not me. So that increases the total number to 18 times between us 2. They may have said the day they claim they ran it. But letters a month later. Dont think so. Buyer beware they are crooks. And do nothing but hurt your credit. And they are very rude.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
