I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below..This merchandise was returned unopened and when I originally requested a return authorization the response I received was automated and I never received the return authorization At this point it is the principal of the matter, if a product is returned unopened with an explanation from us stating our mechanic said this would not work for our vehicle why would I throw money out the window which is essentially what the company wants me to do I am very dissatisfied with their response

With any retail business there is a return policy. Ours is no different. All of our modules are made vehicle specific and can not be re sold. Therefore a strict refund policy is in place and listed on our website under the terms and conditions. We do offer a life time replacement warranty on our modules and do stand behind that. These modules do work and we encourage this customer to try it out.
