Customer brought vehicle in with no appointment, no call ahead of time, and arrived near closing timeFriday July 22, Brought vehicle in for running rough, diagnosed for misfiring and parts needed to be ordered from mainland on MondayParts arrived Tuesday afternoon July 26, 2016, and work was started on vehicle on a Wednesday July 27,Vehicle was running Wednesday July 27, and Thursday morningWe notified the customer after test driving the vehicle that it was ready for pickup, and did not hear a response from the customerWhen bringing the vehicle inside the shop Thursday evening the misfire was back, and we still haven’t heard from the customer after she had said she needed her car back for work transportationAfter work hours at 6:30pm is when we got a response saying she would pick up the next day and within fifteen minutes 6:44pm we responded after hours that the vehicle is no longer ready at this time and we needed to investigateShe still came down the next day July 29, We diagnosed the car and noticed the misfire would come and goDiagnosed the battery, for no charge, battery showed it needed replacement and had zero percent lifeReplaced battery and notified her of the additional costs before she came to pick up the vehicleVehicle ran after replacement and told her it was ready for pickupShe came by the same day and when it was started it ran rough after we confirmed it was running with no misfireShe demanded a refund and chose to leave the vehicle to continue investigating why the vehicle would run rough on and offAfter spending nearly two whole days with the vehicle, test driving back and forth, re-gapped the spark plugs the vehicle was running normalOn Monday August 1, she came to pick up the vehicle and we requested for her to test drive the vehicle around the block to confirm the repair was completeShe said it drove and she didn’t pay the remaining balance because she claimed the amount was still taken out of her accountWe do apologize for not completely the job at the estimated time and for the inconvenienceWe didn't charge her for the remaining balance on the repairs, and tried to communicate the best we could while still getting her vehicle out as soon as possible.Tell us why here
