was started on vehicle on a Wednesday July 27,2016. Vehicle was running normal Wednesday July 27, 2016 and Thursday morning. We notified the customer after test driving the vehicle that it was ready for pickup, and did not hear a response from the customer. When bringing the vehicle inside the shop Thursday evening the misfire was back, and we still haven’t heard from the customer after she had said she needed her car back for work transportation. After work hours at 6:30pm is when we got a response saying she would pick up the next day and within fifteen minutes 6:44pm we responded after hours that the vehicle is no longer ready at this time and we needed to investigate. She still came down the next day July 29, 2016. We diagnosed the car and noticed the misfire would come and go. Diagnosed the battery, for no charge, battery showed it needed replacement and had zero percent life. Replaced battery and notified her of the additional costs before she came to pick up the vehicle. Vehicle ran normal after replacement and told her it was ready for pickup. She came by the same day and when it was started it ran rough after we confirmed it was running with no misfire. She demanded a refund and chose to leave the vehicle to continue investigating why the vehicle would run rough on and off. After spending nearly two whole days with the vehicle, test driving back and forth, re-gapped the spark plugs the vehicle was running normal. On Monday August 1, 2016 she came to pick up the vehicle and we requested for her to test drive the vehicle around the block to confirm the repair was complete. She said it drove normal and she didn’t pay the remaining balance because she claimed the amount was still taken out of her account. We do apologize for not completely the job at the estimated time and for the inconvenience. We didn't charge her for the remaining balance on the repairs, and tried to communicate the best we could while still getting her vehicle out as soon as possible.Tell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because:It s not true and accurate. Little time was spent on vehicle. One person working on at least 10 cars or more in crowded garage.. No proper paperwork provided or communication. I was given a estimated on a printed paper which  I left in vehicle after the first pick up. I had to returned immediately on the first visit when I could not drive it around the block. I left paperwork in the car and it mysteriously missing when it was picked up the second time. Battery was replace in 2014. Had business communicated with me. I would have told them so.  Paperwork for that was also in vehicle. No research done. Not sure if repairs were done as little time was spent on car. No offer to test drive. No explanation of problem. Car had no gas when I picked it up. Gas tank was relatively full when I dropped off vehicle.  Car parked at meter parking on two occasions on street. Poor communication. Shoddy workmanship. Shoddy business. Please do not patronize this business. I did received refund for that I can be grateful but only because I demanded this after repairs weren't completed to my satisfaction. Thanks
