Took 1000$ won't give money backMemorial Day weekend I have these people a grand for a cat. The car was [redacted]. I returned it and got a different car that was [redacted]. Took that back too. Still they do not have a car for me to drive. Each car I pick out I can't get approved for. They tell me they can't give me my money back and that I have to take them to court.Desired SettlementI want my money back. Every time I go up there they say we will have something for you tomorrow. We promise tomorrow. I have been out my thousand dollars for almost a month and have no car. I have 2 jobs to get to one of which requires I have a car. It would be one thing if they would have come through on one of those tomorrow's but they haven't.

I brought a vechile while on military lv and have not received my license plate. I get and excuse/lie each time I call, I spoke with [redacted] over 15 timeSells representative was [redacted]. Purchase date the end of April 2014. Purchased 2010 Ford Taurus "Sel" 4d sed. I am stationed in Mississippi and my aunt [redacted] has been calling about my license plates as well. We have called [redacted] over 15 times, and he gives a new excuse each time. My license plate and registration fee was include in my purchase. DEFAULT ON PROMISED REFUNDGood morning,My name is [redacted], and I have been attempting now to retrieve a deposit/down payment back from a car dealership, I was going to purchase a car from, however due to several issues with the car. The bank and dealership agreed to cancel the loan agreement and refund the money. However, I have been getting the run around, with multiple lies, that the check has been issued, should be there, till now no one returning and ignoring all calls. I purchased a vehicle from Auto Drive, with a 2,500 down payment. The dealer promise to repair vehicle for inspection. Its been 3 months. NO VEHICLE!!I purchased a vehicle on October 10, 2014, from Auto Drive with a 2,500 down payment. The dealer put the vehicle in the shop for 3 weeks to replace a recall part. Finally, I got a called the vehicle was ready, pick it up and less than a mile down the street the vehicle broke down again, took it back to the dealer, that same night, with the understanding the vehicle will be fix in a timely manner. After, finally receiving the vehicle, 10 days later serious malfunctions occurred mechanically, both sunroofs leaked severely flooding the vehicle.The power steering went out and the will not turn off even with the key out of the ignition, leaving the running, causing to battery to die. Immediately contacted the dealer, about the problem and we have not received permanent tags. Return the vehicle to the dealer November 29, 2014, got a phone call the vehicle has never been inspected, and sitting on the lot ready for sale, with new information I would have not purchased the vehicle knowing it wasn't inspected. After waiting 2 to 3 weeks with no contact, I got a ride to the car lot to find out information about the vehicle, after talking to the co-owner, we went across the parking lot to there maintenance garage, the mechanic informed the co owner and myself, that he did not know what to do with the vehicle, with the types of problems it was having the vehicle will never pass inspection, the mechanic recommended the vehicle should be repaired by a ** dealership. After hearing this, and going on 2 months without a vehicle I informed the Co-Owner, I want to resend the sale and get my 2,500 down payment back. The Co-Owner set up a meeting with all parties, at this time we came to an agreement, I did not want the vehicle anymore,being that they did have any knowledge on how to repaired the vehicle, so the next best option was to resend sale of the vehicle and to have my down payment refunded.Since then another month has passed I am not making anymore payments, I own the finance company !5,000, No vehicle, No contact from the Dealership, and No refund on my down payment. Please help, I am hard working honest man that feels, I been rob by this place that called themselves a business.Desired SettlementI want my 2,500 down payment back, so I can move forward with my life. From the responses I am getting from Auto Drive, this is not the first time,Auto drive has rob someone with their deceptive sales and fraud.
