Sirs:My name is *** ***Address is [redacted] ** 12020.I am writing to you to let you know that AutoEastern Nissan, which I hadfiled a complaint against on July 19th has rectified the situation.My complaint was in regard to a used Ford Edge that I had purchased onJune 14thThe repairs that it needed were originally denied by AutoEastern.I was able to contact the Sales Manager, Mr [redacted] at the [redacted] , NJ locationHe listened to my story and did make sure that therepairs that I were necessary were paid for as per the warranty.I hope this letter will prompt some sort of acknowledgement to AutoEasternthat Mr [redacted] was able to do take the proper actions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: NMAC put me in collections stating that Dealer didn’t provide full amount for the over mileage I have documentation to confirmNMAC also states that it was the customer responsibility to send check for excessive mileageDealer did not inform me of that Funds were given to the sales person for the over mileage and the early termination fee for the lease Regards, [redacted]

AutoEastern is willing to work with the customer to see if we have another vehicle that fits her needsIn order to trade her out and into another vehicle, the financing will need to be approved by the bank.We recommend that she schedules an appointment to visit our showroom to explore what options may be available

AuotEastern paid in full to NMAC for the customers over mileage and her remaining lease payment obligations that were agreed to and signed for by both parties
