I talked to them yesterday about my situation and we got an agreement
I went in the office this afternoon, at least they accept the cancellation of the contract, they will sending the money in the Mexico account I gave them, but I stil considering they're not honest because they didn't want to refund me like $because they supposed said that money was to opened the account and the life insurance
So, that's why I'm really happy but at least we got an agreement
