Ordered several items on 11/14/2020. According to their website, orders will be shipped the next business day. This should’ve been Monday, 11/16. I called Tuesday and was told it was being shipped that day. Never shipped. I called Wednesday, the employee I spoke to stated she had a meeting and didn’t have time for me. Call back and spoke to someone else. I told them I need the order by Friday. Now it’s been 3 business days and not shipped. I had a ceramic coating job for Saturday. Now my shipment will not be in time and I lost over a 1000 dollar job. When I spoke to the employee, they could care less. All they wanted to do was cancel the order and refund my money. All I wanted was my package by Friday. They clearly didn’t follow through with their guarantee. I lost a customer and now they can lose one plus more.

2nd review today of these people. Auto geek was having 2016 Labor Day sale. 20% and $6.99 shipping. On Saturday 9/3/16 I attempted to place a order for Grit Guard Detail Cart online. It was rejected because of "exclusions". I went to homepage to read exclusions. This was not a exclusion in the details which I know they will deny before they say it. They also state they will honor anybody else's price and shipping. After the order was rejected on line I called customer service on Saturday. Got voice mail and explained problem. Today is Tuesday and no answere. It will now be $170 and around $25 shipping for about $200.Attempted multiple times today Tuesday to call. Forwarded each tIme to customer service and dead silence. I then called Autiopia which has same parent company. They were there plus very professional. Their sale was over but they honored it. I recieved 15% off and $5.99 shipping and it listed cheaper. Anyway $159 with a seat cushion for a 5 gallon pail. Almost $60 difference. If you are having a huge Labor Day sale at least be there. Autiopia was and They honored their sale and auto geek did not. Autiopia has my business from now on.
