Review: My complaint about this company is that it may be a fictious company offering services to fix windshields at one price and then charging a totally different price when they arrive. Also NEVER NEVER have these people come out to fix your windshield. The first initial time that they fixed my windshield there was a crack in the windshield that they tried to install so they had to come out the following day to install another windshield and now once again after about two weekes the same crack has happened again. There is no impact in the windshield and it is coming straight from the top of the windshield. I have spoken to them about this and he said someone would call me to set up a time to come and look at it. However I had to call back to see what was going on and the guy that answered the phone in which he wouldn't identify himself. When he did identify hisself he said he was the general manager I further communicated to him about the issue and that I would like it fixed and was not going to pay another $215.00. He told me then it wasn't going to get fixed because thats not covered by the warranty afterwards he hung up the phone on me and told me he wasn't going to accept my business. I called back and told him I would be on my way to the shop and to bring a lawyer with me. So I get to the shop and the shop doesn't exist. The work order says that is on [redacted]. in [redacted] and the place that has this address is a ping pong shop.Desired Settlement: I would like for this fictious business to be shut down and for no one to use this business. They give out fake receipts and spell none of the words correctly. I would like to have a full refund of my $215.50 or my old windshield reinstalled. I have wasted gas to go to this office as well as wasted time on the phone speaking to them and in the end he told me unless I paid him the same amount there was no way he was fixing it again.

Review: To spare you the long story. The problem is that I paid Auto Glass Experts to just replace my driver side window. Everything was working fine on my car. Only problem was the window was cracked. I asked them to do nothing else. The fee I paid was for PROPER installation, labor and the window. The out come is that they ended up breaking a piece off my regulator (I was told by multiple sources that they have no business touching that.) and want me to buy it from them; when they broke it. My new window is currently being held up with packing scotch tape. Also I cannot exit out of my car through the driver side. I have to climb over to the passenger side to get out. Before I had their service I had no problems. Also they took my whole regulator out of my car. Which I don't understand why they have done that. The installation wasn't proper and they caused more damage to my car and expect me to buy what is needed from them. It's unacceptable. Called the company to see if they will work with me and they refuse. But admitted they broke it but it's against their policy to give it to me for free since they broke it. There policy is not posted on there site for there customers can see. To my knowledge they don't have one and just want to try to take advantage of me. I did not sign any papers stating they were not responsible for damages they may do to my car while repairing my car. I feel they should be held accountable for.Desired Settlement: I don't want the regulator from them because I don't trust them at this point. I will go to my dealer to have them expect my door (the area they were working in) and get a quote of all the damages. They can give me the money to get that repaired. Also, they admitted they broke it but never said sorry. Just went straight to how much they will sell it to me for. I would also would like an apology. All of this could have been avoided if they took responsibility for their mistakes.
