The customer is correct in stating that the Legend of Korra cast autographed poster he purchased was inaccurately described as "ONLY ONE LEFT". When I went to retrieve the poster to ship, I was surprised to find there were actually 3 left in the holder. So after processing his order, I updated the...

description to state there were 2 left while also increasing the price from the $300 the customer paid to $375. I have 10,000+ different items and while I strive to ensure every description is 100% accurate, in this case it was not but it was an honest mistake and not intended to mislead.Regarding the "rarity" of this poster: the cast signed approximately 200
of these posters at 2014 Comic-Con and I was lucky enough to get 3 because I always have 2 people with me. THOUSANDS of people wanted to get to this limited signing and could not. Whether I
personally had one left, two left or three left does not change the fact that about 200 are in existence *somewhere*. I tried to explain this to the customer, unsuccessfully. When the customer notified me of his displeasure via text message a few hours after placing the order, I explained the situation and apologized. I also stated that since the order had already shipped but had not been delivered, if he was unhappy with the purchase he could simply REFUSE the US Postal Service package and it would be sent back automatically postage paid, and I would refund his entire purchase price including shipping. He declined my offer, saying he had promised the poster as a gift.I am still willing to accept a return of the poster, and if it has not been damaged, I would be happy to refund 100% of his purchase price including shipping, and I will even send him a prepaid mailing label.

Review: I purchased a Legend of Korra signed poster from the SD comic con with 7 signatures on it. The details below the poster stated that this was the last one, Which carried the sense of this item being special and rare. Purchasing this meant there would be no more available. After completing the purchase for $300.00 a total of a little over 400 bucks due to shipping) the site

suddenly had 2 more of these exact items available for 375 each. Special and rare no more. I contacted the store and they said they were just as shocked as I was to find out there were 2 more as thye had jst found them while shipping my purchase. They claim they must have copied and pasted th edescription and thats why the details on the product and number available were incorrect. My decision to make th epurchase was based in part due to the rairty of the item which would ultimely turn out to be deceitful advertising albeit due to mostly being lazy rather than intention)Desired Settlement: As the person giving the gift I cared more about rarity and being special...which there was an alternative to purchase on amazon which I provided the link to the individual at autographsforsale. It was 196, though it only had 3 signatures rather than 7 (which I personally didn't care about in deciding which to buy)...you wont actually find the one from aamzon for sale elsewhere. I doubt I'll receive any, but I definitely feel I should have some money returned. I can't send it back in for a full refund as the individual already knows its coming and is excited for it...hopefully, they don't return to that site to see someone else can have it as well now.
