I hired Easley Contractors to fix storm damage to my home in Hernando MSThe biggest part of The repairs was to replace my roofDuring the installation one of the workers put a nail through my air-conditioning line When someone from my property management company pointed this out to Wayne he said the line should not have been there and this was not his problemWhen I asked him about it myself he stated the same thing, he was not going to take any action to solve the problem Now that he has finished the roof, I have seen pictures, there are several lumpy spots in the roof and it looks like they used scrap shingles to finish the job The shingles did not appear to be aligned properly and overall it looks to be a very poor jobI could never recommend Easley contractors to do anything

We had two of our main rooms incur major water damage in MarchInitially, I was impressedVery responsive--arrived within two hours of my first call and got some of the contract workers out the first dayWas quoted a 3-week projectTons of work was done in the first weeks--very pleased with the work done...and then it took weeks in order to complete tasks that should have taken days (painting a walls and moldings, etc)Some of which would not have been completed had I not required a walk through by the contractor to see all of the details that had been skimmed (like doors not being reattached, etc)--contractor called telling me they were done and I had to say, "no way." They didn't hang any plastic sheeting so our ENTIRE house was covered in drywall dustWe were out of our house for the entirety of the project and the communication was very poorI had contract workers calling to ask me questions or telling me that the contracted workers before them didn't complete their part so other pieces would be delayedA.) I don't believe it is my position to have to be the middle man between the contractor and those he is contractingB.) Those being contracted should be given well communicated expectationsC.) One shouldn't have to request the contractor come out during a week project to see what is being doneHe should be overseeing the project--and therefore should be seeing the project progression at least occasionallyNow at the end, you can see very obvious seams in the walls where new drywall was applied, the subflooring wasn't repaired, only dried, so now only a few months later the flooring is breaking

I was looking for a contractor to add a half bath in my Midtown home. After speaking with them, and getting an estimate in May 2016, I decided to proceed with the renovation. The contractor told me that it would take a couple of weeks for them to get to the project, which I understood. Once they got started around the first of June, they did not finish until this past week (Week of August 15th. The plumbing portion (arguably the most difficult part of the reno) was done in a day and a half. The remaining work took forever and was not well done. Communication was poor and the work was sloppy. It appears they used "Scrap materials" from other projects. The project "upon completion" was not done as initally requested, but I finally just told them to leave items out as I wanted them out of my house and out of my hair. I had to finish items myself and will get someone else to complete the remaining items down the road.
