Yes, I drove Mrs. *. [redacted] to rent a car for 13 days out of my own funds. Prior to that I took her twice a vehicle to her job site so she would have transportation. Mrs. [redacted] applied for vehicle at Autohaus Ex. end of Dec 2016 and car was chosen by her in Dec. The vehicle 2015 Chevy Malibu...

is VIN #[redacted]. She was informed it was a salvaged vehicle and we had ti wait for the auction dealer to respond to Autohaus about title. Yes we did tell her ( Mrs. [redacted]) that car would be in route from east coast on several occasions thinking he purchase would be completed and I would call her personally and explain why the car was not delivered on several conversations. I drove two different cars to her and she was O.K. with having transportation. She (Mrs. [redacted]) did not have down payment or a vehicle of her own initially. Autohaus Ex. wanted to keep communication open all the time with Mrs. [redacted]. On several days I would talk to her well into the evening making sure she was infromed of delay. So I went with Mrs. [redacted] to Advantage rent a car and I rented a vehicle for her for 13 days so she could see we were hoping to get the 2015 chevy asap. Due to no one's fault on our part (autohuas). The auction dealer did not announce the inspect. and the salvage was not valid. So auction dealer arbritated the vehicle. I'm sendinga copy of email from auction dealer. I myself have been helping Mrs. [redacted] as much as I could but I could no longer keep paying for rental. She had agreed to wait until we could pay back the bank USAA. I will send that text along also. She herself agreed to wait during the 30 days. As state on text to remedy the situation. She did come to off on 3-2-17 after I told her rental was to be turned. She was belligerent and aggressive with customers and Mr. [redacted] that they had to lock door and refuse service due to her behavior. Since 3-2-17 she has sent several threatening aggressive texts, they are sent also. She had two cars borrowed prior to 13 day rental. 1) red BMW for 2 wks 2) gold BMW for almost 2 wks as well. Autohaus will satisfy the debt owed to USAA we ask relief from any contact from [redacted]. We provided remedies at our own cost and should not held responsible by negative behavior. Thank You

Even after a 30 day pause.  USAA has accepted that I have been scammed and has shut down my account with them. A petition has been filed with the courts to retrieve losses, and damages caused by Autohaus Exchange, and Federal Complaints have been filed.  [redacted] gave a rental car in order to aid her son past the period of disputing the transaction with USAA past the period of time of rejecting or closing their loan. This is so that USAA would give them the money, and it would be undisputed and hard to cancel. Mrs. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] both participated together in order to scam me. They still to this day have kept the money, and I still do not have  a vehicle produced by them.
