The tags to this vehicle were delivered to this customer on 7/23/2015
A professional tag service was retained so as to perfect the vehicle documents due to this being an out of state transaction.
We cannot offer a 500.00 refund on this transaction as the tag and title work...
was out of our control and was indeed completed. Out of state transactions are more difficult to complete due to various states differing laws which is why we use a professional agency.
I regret the inconvenience that this caused and had communicated that to the customer.
