This review is more for the body shop
By far the WORST customer experience I have had with any type of businessMistake after mistake after mistakeThey did not care at allI can honestly say I have never been treated worse on the phone in my entire life
When we called Autohaus general management to complain, they said the body shop is a different part of the companyEven though they carry the same brand
On top of all this, they scratched my interior during repairDo not bring your car to the body shopThey don't care about you or your car, and if there is a mistake, Autohaus management won't do anything to compensate
