I am disappointed to hear that this you lady's experience was anything but excellent because our focus has and always will be on customer service and quality of operations. I personally called the customer directly on or about 10/10/(the day I received the email from the
Revdex.com) on the phone number that they have with us on file to gather more information so that we can seek a resolution. I was unable to speak with her directly and consequently I left a voice mail for her to call me directly, and to date, I have not heard back from her. Please let the customer know that I am here and available to help any day of the week, except Tuesday, which is my day off. The customer can reach out to us on Tuesday, however, as the General Manager, I would prefer that she deals with me and me only
