I am rejecting this response because this business did not accept responsibility for the damages they caused to this vehicleI was forced to buy another car because of the damages they caused, of which I will never be bringing to them for serviceThe five times they worked on my vehicle they continued to make more mistakes and cause more damageBreaking a ground wire in the engine compartment and the air filter indicator and not taking responsibility for it is simply bad service, not to mention blowing out a piston in my engine and claiming "we didn't do it"I am in full belief that this company would have continued to cause damage to my vehicle in the long term, simply to get more money from me for repairs

Yes the original problem was fixed, however there is a totally different issue wrong with the truck now. I have been in touch with [redacted], she went into the Hospital on Friday and might be there over a week. I'm going call and leave a message for her what the truck is worth as it...

sits and she will contact me whenever she gets a chance. We're trying to just trade them out of they're truck with 160k miles instead of putting any more money into it.

We are very sorry that the customer feels that we intentionally damaged his vehicle or that we failed to take responsibility for any oversight that may have occured during the repair process. We made multiple efforts to assist in the resolution of an unfortunate situation. We absorbed a large amount of the expense by not charging for any labor on the original repair. Unfortunately, high mileage vehicles can have issues at any time, especially ones that have had engine modifications, and the problems that occured after the original repair were completely unrelated to the original problem. I understand that the customer feels that we are in some way responsible for this but I can assure you that the Covert organization has never done business that way and never will. We came up with a way to get the customer out of the vehicle and get them into a new one at their request. We never attempted to sell them anything and was never our goal to do so. Circumstances simply placed all of us in a situation that none of us wanted and we did our best to assist the customer.  I don't know that there is anything we can do or say to change the customers opinion, but this is the best explanation I can give for the situation that occured.[redacted]
