Autoland of Pittsburgh Reviews (1)

Review: I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealer on July 18, 2013. The vehicle was not ready to drive because it needed inspected, the dealer claimed the car needed the an O2 sensor to pass inspection and when you put that sensor in you have to drive some miles on the vehicle to be ready for emission testing. He called me the next day and allowed me to take the vehicle for the weekend to put the needed miles on it. While driving the vehicle home that day, the air conditioning stopped working and a back power window went down and would not come back up. I called and he claimed he would fix everything when he got the car back for the inspection. He met me in New Stanton, PA on Tues, July 23, 2013 to pick up the vehicle and finish the testing and make repairs. He has had my vehicle since then. I call and he takes days to return my calls and then he has a different reason everytime while the vehicle has not passed inspection yet. He claims he has fixed the window and the air conditioning. He claims they had to disconnect the battery when making repairs and that is why the vehicle was not ready for testing. Then he claimed the O2 sensor needed changed again. Since last Thurs, Aug 1, 2013 he has returned 2 of my calls claiming the 02 sensor had to be ordered and yesterday he claimed it was installed and vehicle should be ready today. Today at 10:39 when I called he answered the phone but claimed to be someone different, he is from Russia and has a specific accent but claimed to be someone else and pretended not to know who I was or anything about my jeep. He claimed he would have the right person call me back in 5 min and it is now 3pm and I have not heard from anyone. I left 2 messages since, asking for a return call or I was filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact this dealership and get my vehicle completed and to me.

Business
