Last night, around 11 pm, I called roadside assistance because I had a flat tire. I called this tow company after I was sent the info. I called to check on how long he would be, because sometimes they come sooner than the ETA. After asking him, he yelled at me saying "They said it'll be a hr!" So, I said okay. His ETA was 12:14 am. He called at 11:37 once & asked where I was. I had already given this info to roadside assistance. He also asked for an address. I could not provide an address because I was on the freeway. I explained exactly how I got there and this man hung up on me. I called him back to ask why he hung up, and he yelled again " I don't know where you are, So I ain't coming! " I felt this was very unprofessional. After sitting there for 40 mins and him not even trying to assist me. This isn't a very good business practice. Especially for a female to be in this situation at that time of day, as well as I was alone. I called roadside assistance again and explained what happened. They sent someone else to me who got there 10-15 mins tops! It was around 12:30 when he arrived with no problem. I wouldn't recommend this business to any one. This business doesn't practice good customer service, nor do they care about their customers. I can't understand how you're in the business of towing & you can't find your way around.
