hi
sans-serif;">yes we sold the 1998 Chevrolet [redacted] (1500) on 2/27/15the customer bought the truck from us AS IS NO WARRANTYI always explain to customer if there is any problems in the futurefeel free to contact us and we can help you by giving you our cost in partsand labor not necessary that we will pay for anything but that you can make sure you get a good price on any parts you need in the future for your truck. customer came into the office on the 24th of march 2015 we spoke and everything was ok.on the 29th of march I ([redacted]) left for vacation none of my employees told me about any incident while I was gone sure enough when I get back I checked my yelp review and I find this review where our customer [redacted] Is not happy with our company.and also other reviews by family and or friends I don't know. I  immediately send out a message to all parties that I will contact  them about this situation on Monday the next business day. sure enough [redacted] had to invest on a new transmission worth $3019.73 which included a 3 yr. and 100k miles warranty  the invoice he brought states he took it in for a diagnostic on 4/3/15  well over the three weeks after purchase. so I tell the customer I will speak to the owner and see what's the best way I can help because he had already chosen to go with that transmission place without even contacting me before. after speaking with different transmission places we have done business in the past both quotes they gave us were about the same 1700 parts and labor our cost with 1yr and 25k miles warranty standard. I explained this to the customer I don't know if he didn't understand me but I said I will help him with a 50/50 from that invoice, because we care about our customers reviews because the car was sold as is no warranty I just wanted to make things right.he looked at me and said no I wont take that he wanted 50/50 of what he spend on the transmission of his choice, of course I couldn't authorized this so I had to ask my boss after a couple of days I was able to get an ok from my boss  this Tuesday 5/5/15. [redacted] and I sat down and I said we will credit your acct the 1500 in good faith but we need you to remove all negative reviews towards our business because we are not at fault just like your not at fault and we are trying to do the things correctly, being that Im not the best in writing I had my lawyer type me a letter stating this that the only way he can get reimbursed for anything is that if he takes all negative review's off of all social media. we think that would be the correct way of reaching this agreement between both parties. as soon as [redacted] saw that I had something written up by my lawyer he didn't agree to anything and said that his layers will be contacting me its now Thursday 5/7/15 and nothing yet.I would like to resolve this as soon as possible because [redacted] and his friends or family have continued to leave bad reviews and they warned me that they will be boycotting my business still don't understand there reaction.  I think they attacked this problem the wrong way. from the begging.they keep saying im not a good business man and that I take advantage  of ourmilitary vets that's all wrong. I do care, I do give many discounts to military, a transmission going bad after 4 or 5 weeks weeks has nothing to do with him being a vet or not. He decided to fix it himself and then come after me with all this horrible reviews and talking bad about me personally and Automart, and not speaking directly to me to fix this problem the best way. I wasn't even aware of this complaint until today after speaking to [redacted]I really don't know what they want from Automart I have tried to help them  now I am just waiting for a response from himbut I do think something else because he is asking for help but at the same time writing bad reviews putting complaints. I am hoping you (Revdex.com) can help me resolve this ASAP because mean while those bad reviews are still out there and a threat of them boycotting Automart is making me look bad and so Automart please contact me for more information. thank you[redacted]Automart

Review: On or about February 27, 2015.I purchased a 1998, white [redacted] truck, from Auto Mart. I specifically, asked the seller if the transmission was in good condition. He replied Yes! Three weeks later the transmission went out in my truck, as I was driving home from work. I believe the Auto Dealer, knew the transmission was "bad" in this truck. As the fluid reservoir was over filled, to manipulate the transmission. I am now have to pay 3K to have the transmission repaired. I am trying to rebuild my life after a tour in the United States Military.I feel lead by this company.Desired Settlement: I would like for Auto Mart, to reimburse me for repairing the vehicle. Going forward their WARRANTY should not be hidden in the small print and should be 30 days.
