The customer has a [redacted] ? truck that has had major alterations and changes done to the vehicle suspension and engine compartment automaster provided a front end alignment with the [redacted] specifications the customer did contact us making a statement that the vehicle still seem to be pulling to the right side at that time we contacted a specialist? that is affiliated with r equipment manufacturer and he offered to come and look at this problem he was speaking of? ? the customer made an appointment and then cancelled the appointment we offered to help resolve this issue and we still? ? continue to honor that the customer had other repairs done that were completed? Auto Masters service center went above and beyond to assist this customer as we do with all our customers
