responded to a letter written by the General manager, to our last correspondence on January 28, 2016, I have worked diligently to learn what you felt was fair and equitable. For the record, I’ve attached the September 30, 2015 letter and our email stream. [redacted], I get from your Desired Settlement, you want me to determine what the credit amount should be. As I have stated in our conversations and correspondence, I don’t believe credit is warranted. That being said, I have asked on several occasions what you would propose.
This invoice remains unpaid and with the pending sale of the [redacted] Ketchikan, this outstanding debt needs to be resolved. I look forward to hearing from you.
