This company has given us a faulty machine that they have neglected to replace despite several attempts to get it replaced
Byron was the sales person on Oct 11th we purchased the FPi-with service warrantyIn a year we have have to have several service calls to fix items on the machineOct 1st 2017, the service technician came to replace the machine per the agreement made by Byron (the sales man) When he came to bring the new machine it was faulty as wellHe then told me he would be backI just called today to ask about when we will be getting the replacement and they told me our service warranty was upThey were supposed to have been bringing us a replacement, and haven't returned my phone calls for two weeksNow they want to charge us $500+ dollars to fix a machine that was never properly fixed to begin with
