Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  The company has made no effort to resolve this problem and has merely attempted to pass the blame to others.
The company was scheduled on 12/28 for our appointment on 1/4 . That gave them from, at least, Tuesday the 29th through 12PM Thursday 31 (the time they admit they left the office) to check their system and indicate to us that they were overbooked. Instead, they were negligent and waited until after 9 pm on the day of service to contact me.
Their response states that 2.5 hours before service is "early enough" which in incorrect. I had already taken the day off from work and brought my wife's car in for service so I was forced to stay home. Their actions are completely unprofessional and I now have to wait a full week before a reliable company can come service my machine. Having a small child and numerous pets, we typically do at least a load a day and we are now forced to go elsewhere to do our laundry which is a major inconvenience and an added expense.
In her response, Ms. R[redacted] merely blames others for her company's negligence. For example, " The system set up too many appointments", "Customer should be taking this up with them and  not us" and "The flaw is in the Service Bench system". Since she apparently knows about this allegedly flawed system, did she check it in advance to see if they were overbooked?? The answer is clearly no since she waited until the day of the appointment to cancel. Knowing that her system is flawed she was clearly negligent for not checking. Since she has merely made no effort to resolve this problem and has merely attempted to pass the blame to others, I do not accept her response to resolve this complaint.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

No one was in office 12PM Thursday 31 till Monday morning 4 of January.  The system set up too many appointments for Monday the 4th plus we have our own paying customer already scheduled  I called and emailed everybody early enough to reschedule.
I called and emailed [redacted] with alternate dates.  He called warranty company instead of us.  He neglected to tell warranty company that we did call and email him early enough to have him reschedule for Wednesday the 5th.  The contract/warranty companies know that this happens.
Customer should be taking this up with them and  not us.

Review: 6/3/13, a storm knock a tree down and caused a power failure, to my house and damaged numerous important equipment, including the stove and microwave. Two,** products, which I had since 2008,,with no problems, I called ** Appliance Customer Service and they gave me two repair companies they recommend, for,my address,[redacted],,Automated Appliances, responded, charged me for an evaluation call, assessed the problems and proceeded to order parts for the repair. The second house call was to repair the appliances because they had the parts,,they repaired the stove in my house and said, they would have to take the microwave to the shop. I paid a neighbor,to take it down, its very heavy. This model,is 2.2cuft, has an uplift door,cost;$825. A week later they called to say this model is discontinued but they could repair it,except for the popcorn and melt,it would work,85%. I agreed. It was the perfect size and design for my space,,hard to come by..They returned the microwave,I had my neighbor, hang it again, paid him and two weeks later the entire microwave died,,I had no lights,I changed the bulbs, the vent shut off and on,,on the off button, and all the features no longer worked,,If I bought a used car I would have 30-90 days to return,it,,Automated Appliances, was always returning,my emails and phone calls at the beginning of these repairs when this happened, they never returned my calls, after a week, I called my [redacted] card,to stop the payments, for, the cost of these repairs,no results. I could have bought a new microwave, even though it would not have been the same design,,which I searched endlessly,on line and in stores.I was ripped off,and now I will include the costs and one additional note of concern. First, the day the stove was repaired,in my house,it was the Sat of the 4th of July, I gave my [redacted] card to the repair person,he did not have a credit card machine,he wrote everything down.Tues,[redacted],called about a fraud.Desired Settlement: My card had a fraud attempt of $8000.00,,I know I cannot accuse anyone.. I would like the monies I spent on the repairs made on my microwave and this company should be accountable, for ignoring this matter. The costs,I would like returned, evaluation, charging for two appliances on the same call, the microwave,, evaluation,:$36.00,plus tax;6.35%and the microwave repair:$336.00 and the cost to me of paying for, removing and rehanging, the microwave of $80.00,a cash tip,I charged the repairs.Total:$455.

Review: Due to having a small child and multiple pets, we purchased a 5 yr protection plan for our ** washing machine. Our washing machine stopped working and we contacted home depot on Monday, 12/28/2015 to schedule a repair appointment. We were given a repair date of 1/4/2015 between 12-4.

We were sent an email stating: Service Request Number: [redacted] Service Company: AUTOMATED APPLIANCE SERVICE LL, Service Company Phone: ###-###-#### Your Address: [redacted]

I took the day off so I would be available for the washing machine to be repaired.

On Monday the 4th, at 9:28 (2.5 hours before our scheduled window), I received the following email from AUTOMATED APPLIANCE SERVICE:

"do not have availability for today . Can do Wednesday the 6th in afternoon.

Please let us know if this will work for you.

Thank you,

This is extremely unprofessional to cancel at the last minute. I'm unavailable on the 6th so we now have to wait even longer to get our washing machine repaired. Moreover, I'm now required to take another day off from work.Desired Settlement: We should be compensated.
