I arrived home on 01/my wife arrived home after work to find our water shut offThere was not note on the door, call to make us aware, letter in the mail, etcThinking that the problem must be impacting our entire neighborhood, my wife went about our nightly routineAfter an hour so we reached out to a neighbor to inquire if they were experiencing the same issueUpon identifying that this was only impacting my home, my wife called the Water DistrictAt that time, and only at that time, was she informed that our bill has delinquent and service has been cancelledMy wife immediately paid the balance due to have the water re-establishedHours past and a service tech was sent to finally turn our water back onMeanwhile, it was determined that the reason for the delinquency was because we are set up on auto-pay and the credit card on file had recently been closed by our Bank due to a compromiseThe closure was through no fault of our own but exposed as part of a data breach at

This place literally charged me dollars for one month of service!!! We have people in the home, and the home is new!!!!! I called customer service and they basically told me there was leak on my house,I performed a dye test on all toilets, and showers!!! No leaks, then they said they can send someone to come check my meter, but it was on my dime!!!!! They said a family of used cu!!!!!! That's enough for almost a sports arena!!! This place is a monopoly!!!!! Terrible service, terrible product, just overall terrible!!!!!
