I, just today had a garage door opener installed and Mark was the tec.He did a nice job,adjusted my garage doors,spring tension ,all the hook ups and programed homelink to my vehicle to operate opener, Mark was excellent,explained all I needed to know,completed everything,in no time ,professonal was very satisfiedWorks beautiful Would highly recoment Automatic Door to friends, family

I am so sorry that my question hurt you at such a difficult timeI have never met your husband nor did I have any idea of his challenging conditionSo often, in my job, one household member calls to describe a problem and a different household member is there when we come to fix it If the household members haven't communicated beforehand, it can be difficult for is to solve the issue while on site and sometimes we are then asked to come back This point is especially important when nothing is actually broken, but we are told that something "doesn't seem right" or is "making a noise"Our operating procedure is to request that the person making the claim be present at the time of the repair or we ask for assurance that the person present understands the concern so we can be sure to remove any of those doubts about the safety and security of their garage doorsAgain, I'm sorry that my question appeared degrading but please understand it was in no way a question specific to your husband; it is one I ask every customer so we can assure the highest quality of efficient customer service Please feel free to call me at your convenience to set up another appointment to discuss your concerns

Kevin and his father helped us out with our garage door springs. They were very professional. I recommend them and use them again.
