Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all I didn't see their website! They were recommended by the fence company that put up our fence years ago I told the man on the phone that I didn't think power was reaching the electric gate On the phone he said that they charge $an hour but never mentioned it started from when he left the shop He was here for one hour! Why would he charge $for doing nothing! This is a crime! Can we negotiate the price?Sincerely, [redacted]

our rates are posted on our web site at $100 per hour portal to portal.  we are a for profit corporation and we would loose money if we just dispatched technicians all over the state performing troubleshooting tasks for free.  when she called she was told the rates and she never mentioned...

that the equipment we were called out to repsir had no AC power connected  if we knew that we would have reffered her to a hi voltage electricsl contractor.  she I located on an island with 2 ferry trips  involved.  no negotiations.  We stand by our charges  they are accurate[redacted]President
