Garage door was installed on Dec 6th Left a mess in my garage and took my old opener and did not install a remote properlyDid not leave any warranty paperwork or instruction manualWas charged more than toldCalled officeHad an appointment to move remote get instruction manual and refund on Dec Return of my old opener was also agreed toCompany did not show up as scheduled Made another appointment for Dec Owner showed up and gave me back a remote that was broken and I don't believe was mineDid not refund the full amount for the over charge and refused to move the remote as agreedNot instruction manual or warranty paperwork was left Owner was yelling at me and I felt afraid I do not feel safe having them back to cover year warrantyTotal cost charged was $with tax I was refunded $by check Then owner threw $cash at me when I asked why he didn't refund the tax he had chargedWas very intimidatingI have remotes I do not know how to program I called office and requested they take opened back and refund my money as I do not feel safe having the owner at my house I was to be called back but have not heard anythingSo I am left with an opener and no warranty and remotes I know how to use

Garage door was installed on Dec 6th.  Left a mess in my garage and took my old opener and did not install a remote properly. Did not leave any warranty paperwork or instruction manual. Was charged more than told. Called office. Had an appointment to move remote get instruction manual and...

refund on Dec 15. Return of my old opener was also agreed to. Company did not show up as scheduled.  Made another appointment for Dec 20. Owner showed up and gave me back a remote that was broken and I don't believe was mine. Did not refund the full amount for the over charge and refused to move the remote as agreed. Not instruction manual or warranty paperwork was left.  Owner was yelling at me and I felt afraid.  I do not feel safe having them back to cover 1 year warranty. Total cost charged was $483.86 with tax.  I was refunded $52.50 by check.  Then owner threw $2.00 cash at me when I asked why he didn't refund the tax he had charged. Was very intimidating. I have 3 remotes I do not know how to program.  I called office and requested they take opened back and refund my money as I do not feel safe having the owner at my house.  I was to be called back but have not heard anything. So I am left with an opener and no warranty and remotes I know how to use
