I purchased a used car off of this car lot on Dec 15 and it broke down twice and was repaired 3 times within 2 weeks and its still not fixed and they refuse to fix the last major issue.My finance company warranty does not cover the issue.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementIf they can not fix the issue I would like a refundBusiness Response I have resolved the issue with this customer, I replaced the [redacted] with a [redacted]. The customer was happy with the exchange. I didn't think an O2 sensor on the [redacted] was a major issue. Consumer Response consumer called and said case resolved
