We were never informed that she never received it. Ms. A[redacted] was charged $198.00 for the repairs done to her unit along with a $70.00...
diagnostic fee. Lennox only reimbersed us for the part which was the $39.55 we had promised her. We will send her a new check within the next 3 days.
