Been a costumer for mary years. Sheduled winterizing over the phone. Quoted a price + tax but was charged on my credit card with different amount ( more ). When I called to complain the representative was rude and was told I was quoted wrong and it's my choice to use other business, so...I will NOT use them anymore.

Review: on Thurs. 5/**/15 the servicemen from the automatic irrigation Design came to fix a non functioning zone in my sprinkler system. After about twenty minutes, I was told a valve needed to be changed which will coast me $103 plus 85 service charge and what ever the labor cost would be based on the time it will take to fix it. So I called the office and I told them that I have been with the company for 9 years, would the be kind enough to forgo the service charge and let me know how much would the labor coast would be. The service charge was waved and the serviceman told me that it will take him half an hour to fix the problem and that will coast $60. So agreed to the work to be done. Then I was told that two of my rotary sprinkler heads were in a bad shape and they needed to be replaced and that if I did it today, I wouldn't need to be charged yet again for another service and labor charged in the future. I told him it's ok as long as he didn't charge me extra for labor and he said ok. After his work was done, the service man presented me with a $512.71 which included $229 labor charge. I told him "we agreed on $60 why are you overcharging me?" which at that time he told me "sorry my boss said I have to go according to my GPS and that says that I have been here for 1 hour and 11 mins. I called the [redacted] and disputed the charge, he told me " I already gave you a discount now give me what you owe me and if you keep me on the phone for longer I would have to charge you more because you are stopping my men from going to their next job" I reluctantly paid the bill because I had to leave and take the kids to their afternoon activities. I asked how much is an hour of labor coast and he told me $130. When I left my house the men were still parked at my driveway eating their lunch. Later when I had the time to review the bill, I realized that if an hour of labor is $130 and the men were at my place for an hour and 11 minutes then there was a big miscalculation done and I was overcharged. I called the [redacted] which later I realized is the [redacted] ( [redacted]) and told him about it. He said that in actuality according to his GPS his men were at my house an hour and fifty minutes which meant that he should have charged me more and that he did me a favor charging me only $229. I told him how can he charge me that amount when labor charge is $130 an hour and also his men were at my property after they finished the job, why I should be responsible for the time they had parked their car at my property after their job was done? At that point the [redacted] said " I can't help you right now, let me think about it". I said what is there to think about I was overcharged, please refund the money. He told me he would call me and hung up. I has been a week now and I haven't heard from him yet. I have found a receipt from this company exactly two years ago that his serviceman had done the same exact job while my husband was home and they charged half an hour labor charge even though it is recorded on the receipt that they were at the property for an hour an a half.Desired Settlement: I was overcharged $160 for labor, I want my money back!

Review: [redacted] told me when he give me the estimate for my lawn sprinklers systems the pit would be put behind the gate of left side of house.when there installed it there put it the flowers bed.when I called [redacted] he said he would come by and look at it.I sent him 3 email and and phoned him. still no response from him.and there made a unauthorized to my debit care for 1140.56 several phone calls to get it refunded but it cost me 40.00dollars in bank fees andthere refused to refunded me my feesDesired Settlement: what the pit moved and my 40.00 dollars in bank fee refunded

He called me to tell me that we was not happy where the valve box was situated. I told him that I would stop by the next time I was in his town to take a look. He e mailed me ONCE as a follow up, not three times, just once. I will have this moved for him within 2 weeks if that is satisfactory to [redacted].
