To Whom It May Concern: Ms [redacted] called to register her complaint about a faulty card with our service department From the beginning of our conversations with Ms***, we explained the process pursuant to which she would receive a refund Unfortunately, the problem with the laundry card required her to send it in for a refund We could not issue another code as the chip in the card failed The only way to rectify this was for Ms [redacted] to send the card in for a refund We told her that we would compensate her for out of pocket loss For some reason, Ms [redacted] elected to complain rather than accept payment We appreciate the frustration but other than providing her 100% of what she lost, we do not know what else could be done.We have provided a complete refund to Ms*** Best Regards, Automatic Laundry Service, Inc
Automatic Laundry Service Co., Incdoes have the laundry contract for the laundry room in question Automatic Laundry, with the agreement of the owner of the property, installs laundry equipmentWe are responsible for the equipent and the property owner is responsible for the utilities The payment system for the laundry equipment is operated by card, to which a resident may add value by cash or credit The complainant, Ms [redacted] , called to complain that her laundry card was doubled charged for a transaction Automatic Laundry dispatched a technician to see if he could replicate the problem but none was found Ms [redacted] requested a refund of $when she contacted our company via telephone Automatic Laundry initially tried to provide her a code-based refund, which she claimed did not workAs such, the Automatic Laundry Card Administrator sent her a new laundry card with a $value on it As you can see in the attached documentMs [redacted] received more than she requestedThe rest of the gratuitous comments in her note are simply false
Automatic Laundry contacted the customer directly in order to reach a resolutionAutomatic Laundry laundered the down comforter properly and returned to the Resident who was pleased with the resultUpon returning the item we included care instructions for future laundering

And how can I get the clothing back?
