Review: Placed a silkscreening order for 150 t-shirts with this company after receiving an unsolicited email ([redacted]) that came in at just the right moment when I was actually looking for their exact service. Overlooked the fact that the only reason I knew of them in the first place was because of their already unscrupulous tactics of marketing and getting new customers. I in no way shape or form ever opted into their email list. But, moving onto the the real issues. I called them and while I asked for one service, the owner convinced me to go with a different service. He spoke a good game and had convinced me he was legit and knew what he was talking about. Turns out that couldn't have been further from the truth.I gave them a shot at a job with the clear and implicit understanding that it had to be done and in the clients hands by a March 3rd in [redacted]. The company proceeded to tell me what seemed like an endless amount of empty promises and lies over the course of the next 2 weeks only to eventually fall through, steal my paid for blank garments and not refund my money. After pushing back deadline after deadline, and meeting none of our oral agreements the company simply told me that were not going to do the job. When I explained to them that it would make more sense for me to give them more time than it would to have them ship the blanks and find a new vendor to do it adding in their turntime, they flat out refused to finish the project. When I complained telling them how unprofessional this was, the owner (who had been avoiding my phone calls and emails) picked up the phone, cursed me out and hung up. Since, I have not been able to get a retuned phone call, email, refund, or return of product! This is by definition "theft" and needs to be resolved. The company has told more than one lie and even found (with a bit of online research) that they lie on their website as well as in their advertisements and other marketing materials. The email I was solicited by also included false information.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the money I spent with them, have the blank garments returned, and have them to cover the additional $300 in rush charges I was forced to pay new vendor to get the product in the hands of the client as quickly as possible. This is due to the fact that they wasted over 2 weeks of project time that the current company could have used to not due this with a rush fee. Not fair for myself or client to eat that cost since neither of us did anything wrong.
