Automatic rain offers, periodic maintenance (at cost), to keep the system operating at optimal performance. Over the last 10-12 years I have requested that Automatic Rain perform said maintenance on my system, and have paid I full. After calling in February 2016 to request service, the company informed me that there was an outstanding balance of $60-$80 dollars. I immediately offered to pay the past due amount, and stated that this was an oversight. The company not only refused my payment, but refused to service my system ever again. After spending over $10K on the the system over the last several years, and explaining that the unpaid balance was truly an oversight, I believe the company should have shown more commitment and compassion. I now must find another company to service a system installed by Automatic Rain. I would not recommend this company. Because they do not stand behind their product, nor their customers.
