Collingwood recently replaced a window in our home They put in a window into a home that clearly has all white woodwork and casings They were weeks late in getting the job done, tracked dirt all over the floor and rug and broke the window shade When we complained, the man from Collingwood called my husband an *** and a liar I'm appalled at the service and the work Since we are leasing, the owner will have to follow up I DO NOT recommend using this company

We contacted [redacted] today 04/04/14 and ask if she had any leaking and she said no. Again we gave her the owner cell phone and my cell phone I case she sees anything. She has not called as far as the painting of the ceiling we have no contract to do this work. I don't know what else to do for her. 
 
Please advise as what to do next. Also we paid out dues last year and we are listed as not being a part of the Revdex.com. Why?

My wife and I are very satisfied with the recent work that Collingwood Construction did at our home when we were experiencing water problems caused by ice dams on our roof. When we tried calling several roofing companies in the area to help us with our problem, we kept getting pre-recorded messages on the phone. Only Collingwood Construction in Getzville had a live person answering their phone, and she was extremely helpful to us. She assured us that a crew would come to our house as soon as possible. Naturally my wife and I were anxious and worried about the water damage becoming worse, but--because the Collingwood crew arrived at our home within 90 minutes--they worked hard and rapidly to break up the ice dams and to clear snow from our roof. Within a very short time, the water stopped coming into our house. We have only very positive comments to make about our experience with the company's owner and his crew. They were very professional, efficient, hard-working, and friendly. We will definitely recommend their services to anyone we know.
