First of all,I did call and speak to a rep at the Sullivan tire in Norwell to inform them I would not be able to make it on the day that [redacted] showed up there in the am.  Also, Mr [redacted] DID NOT offer to repair my car at NO CHARGE.  He told me that I could drop my car off and they would LOOK AT IT at no charge, but I would be responsible for the repairs.  There is a big difference there so DO NOT make me out to be a liar.  I want my money back and if I do not get it back,  I will further my complaint.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  A part was replaced in my vehicle that was not needed!!  So now I need to bring my vehicle elsewhere and pay more money out of my pocket to have the correct part fixed??  Give me a break- This is why I want my money back! I spent $109 on the outer rod that WAS NOT needed at Sullivan and it did NOTHING to fix the issue.  I dont know how much more I can make this clear.
Regards,

“Minor inconveniences”: Who’s view point is this?  I strongly disagree with this wording. Thedriver for my car is me not Sullivan Tire employee. I did not feel that thoseissues are not minor inconveniences. Those are related to safety of driving mycar as well as safety of my family including my babies and my wife.First, the technician at Sullivan Tire did not ABS line secured/mounted to the rightway. This ABS line has been dangling next to the hub while the car was runningand made vibration and noise.    There was a metal parts on this ABS line so, it washighly possible that this metal part might be hit the hub. Then, there would bea major incident toward me.       Therefore, there was critical safety issue fordriving my car. Even a technician in a [redacted] dealer shop stopped me todriving without secured/mounted this ABS line.     Second, the parking brake was not adjustedright. It means if I park my car on the angled or hill side, there wasno guarantee that my car could be park still.     The third, there was a possibility that thebrake pads were not replaced to new one. The outer brake pad at rear-right sidehas an indentation from the brake piston.     It means that either the technician at Sullivan Tiredid not assembled the brake parts right nor the brake pads were not newone. This could be affecting to the brake system as well as could be evidencethat I was ripped off from Sullivan Tire.              2. This is a trust issue.     Yes, I was hesitated my mind as you mentionedon your answer. Because I have strong doubt against “store-credit” that theretail supervisor offered, I changed my mind. If I get “store-credit”,I need to bring my car to the store, where I was ripped off, and thetechnicians, who messed up my car, will repair my car again.  I did not trust this Sullivan Tire then why doI need this “store-credit”?However,not like your story above, I did not agree with offers from the retailsupervisor trying to writing about. I told him, “Let’s see the paper first!”. –thisis not an agreement; this is a condition of agreement. 3. Don’tlie to the customer!Thesalespersons and the retail supervisor lied to me about a brand/name of brakeparts. I asked total 3 times about this question. One was Dec. 5 2014while I picked up my car after replaced brake components. Second time was when Iwas negotiating with the retail supervisor. The third one was when I asked tothe sales person. All answers were different (Benditx--Bosch--Noinformation available). Why is it so important? I spend $1200.00 for repairingfor related to this matter. It was all my money. I have a right to know how mymoney was spending. Don’t you want to know what kind of product you get forspending such a lot of money? Therefore,I strongly demand to give my money ($1200.00) back by May 6, 2015.
