Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? I will gladly ship it back at your expense.? It does not work and never has, causing me to lose my business.? Please put it in writing that you will cover the expense of returning it as well as the refund.? I can guarantee that you would not spend hundreds of dollars to return something that never worked correctly in the first place.? [redacted] filed a [redacted] and credit card disputeBoth the credit card company and [redacted] requested that [redacted] were to pack the machine and send it backHowever, [redacted] did not return the machineAutomation Technology Inchas stated that they are ready to give [redacted] a refund as soon as [redacted] sends the machine as well as the parts back to Automation Technology Inc.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? The machine does NOT work great.? If it did - I would still be in business.? I HAD multiple employees that can attest to the fact that the laser still did NOT WORK and I had to close that portion of my business and move out of our warehouse because of it.? It is faulty and your person knows it.? After numerous attempts to fix it - and MANY hours of tech support on the phone within the US and? China - I was not interested in trying to fix it any longer and have asked repeatedly to have Automation Tech send for it.I did file a complaint with [redacted] but they did not understand that you would not pay for the freight.? I will GLADLY send it back at your expense and I am not asking for compensation for the months of storage at a nearby unit that I have been paying it to keep it in good shape.? I just want you to pay to have it sent back and I want a refund.? I am willing to go to court for this and that is my next step should you not settle this once and for all through the Revdex.com.? Nobody should have to pay hundreds of dollars to return a non-working purchase Sincerely, [redacted]
