been working to correct this issue for several months.
We spoke with Ms. [redacted] on July 7, 2015 to explain that a glitch in our system caused her account to revert back each time we manually corrected the paid through date. We have now resolved this issue, and Ms. [redacted]’s account should reflect premium payments timely going forward.
