AutoMAX of Chantilly

Review: I informed (Owner)Jay F[redacted], there were problems with the (sliding door, CD player, passenger window & rear sonar button being stuck in off position)and that I wanted those fixed before I'd purchase and he Agreed. Jay wrote that he'd fix the window and door and said "No problem I'm the owner I'll get it done". During the financing I spoke to (Partner)Ali stated "I've fixed everything except the window it's on order it'll take 2wks". On 8/2/14 driving home, I noticed the gas and odometer would fade in & out and sonar button still stuck off. On 8/20 I called Ali and let him know I'd gotten the emissions, and also of the gauge fading he stated "Ok I'll look at it when you bring it back for the window repair". After several calls to Ali, Jay said "Ali was handling that and he's on vacation, I'll call you back". After repeated calls, Ali said that he'd rcv'd the relay and to bring it on Mon9/1 and it'd be ready 9/3. On Sat 8/30 Jay said "don't tell me anything that wasn't already happening" I reminded him I'd already told them about the rear sonar button and showed him the gauge fading. He said "oh ok" I called 9/3 Ali stated he rcv'd the wrong Relay& CD another on order and they can't fix the gauge. this went on for 3wks. Mon9/20 Ali"I have a new order for the CD/Relay,I'll call you,then you bring it back" Tues9/23 Ali said "can you wait 1 more day" so I picked up my vehicle on Wed 9/24/14. When I got there I realized nothing had been done. I paid for 2yr registration on my contract, but they gave me 30day plates. I reminded Jay he said "drive it and call after emissions, then I'll get your plates for 2yrs" he said "Just renew it and I'll reimburse you". As I was leaving Ali ran out and gave me $50.00 for my plates which didn't cover a 2yr registration. Then Driving home I realized the heater fan blows but no heat comes out only cold air. It is now 10/8/14 and I still haven't heard from the dealers looking at my bill of sale I was overcharged on my contract as well.Desired Settlement: I want the following repairs to be made on this vehicle by a Nissan or Reputable Repair Shop near me and paid for by Automax of Chantilly:Gas/Odometer gauge, Passenger Window, Rear Sonar, CD Player. If the heat is not working because they left something unconnected I want them charged to have it reconnected/repaired. I can't trust them for repairs, either doesn't get done or something else messes up. If nothing gets done further relief will be sought through MVDB of Virginia and/or Civil Remedy
