My son and I got a honda accord from Carlos at automaxHave been paying him every month on time even over the amount that was supposed to be paid Have all receipts from the down payment We have been asking for mouths for the payoff for this carHe has been giving us the round around about the payoff We have receipts that says need payoff on them unless of them that let you know how long we have been asking for itWe total up the amount we have paid and it came to be close to $So I make a call to automax to talk to the manager an I was told he was going to give me a call back Never received the call back to try to get this matter resolve I will never deal with this company again!!

We have been asking for mouths for the payoff for this car. He has been giving us the round around about the payoff. We have receipts that says need payoff on them unless 3 of them that let you know how long we have been asking for it. We total up the amount we have paid and it came to be close to $5000. So I make a call to automax to talk to the manager an I was told he was going to give me a call back. Never received the call back to try to get this matter resolve. I will never deal with this company again!!
