I have reviewed the handwritten note and it was not written by anyone in our company,  We have a very clear process when it comes to promising customers items at the time of the sale, it is called a We Owe and it is given to every customer after the purchase of a vehicle and it is signed by the customer the salesperson and the sales manager. We did not have a spare key for this vehicle, it was not promised at the time of delivery and unfortunately I cannot give one to Mr. [redacted].  I can offer to sell one to him for cost.  We would also reimburse him for his inspection sticker, he just needs to send a copy of the inspection report. Thank you[redacted]Manager

Again, we have Company provided We Owes that are signed by the customer the Manager and the Sales Person, if we were going to provide a second key, it would be on We Owe.  We have offered to obtain a key at cost, we cannot pay for a key that was not agreed to at the time of the sale by the Management and signed by the customer. Please let me know if you would like us to order a key for you at cost? Thank you[redacted]

On Friday June 10, 2016 our General Manager [redacted] spoke with [redacted].  He did explain that there are processes that are followed when a customer trades in a car.  These process take several days to complete and the payoffs for traded in vehicles are made within 10 days.  The...

traded vehicle was paid off.  [redacted] was given copies of the check as well as the signed UPS delivery slip from the bank.  [redacted] also explained that we had to get a physical insurance stamp for the RMV1 form in order to get the car registered and we  had to go to the registry.  All of these things do take time and there was a holiday weekend during this time frame which added a day for everything.Thank you [redacted]

Our Sales Manager [redacted] has tried to call this customer, there was not a return call from Mr [redacted].  The service record from our facility was mailed out.  We do not have a copy of the VW warranty as it follows the VIN number and will be honored at a [redacted] Dealership.  Again, we will provide a key and owners manual at cost.  Please stop by the service department and order them. Thank you

Please add your rejection comments below. This is the fourth time someone from AutoMax has claimed "the check is in the mail" or similar.  Previously, Mr [redacted] claimed that he would deliver the check himself, then that a runner from Automax would deliver it, and then that it had been mailed.  One excuse was that the owner was unavailable for days to sign the check.  Today's mail (May 24, 2016) arrived a few minutes ago, and there was no check from AutoMax.  The ** Postal Service is not so incompetent that they are unable to deliver mail allegedly sent ten days ago.Excuses and continued verbal claims by AutoMax do not settle this matter.  An AutoMax check payable to me in the amount of $1000 delivered here is a step forward toward resolution.  And when the check is actually cleared by my bank, the matter will be closed.   Regards,

Our company did not make 3 hard credit inquiries, we made 1 inquiry to each credit reporting agency(there are 3), which is standard in our industry, this standard inquiry will not lower Mr. [redacted]s credit score.   Mr. [redacted] was provided with a limited use warranty which he signed.  As this...

vehicle is used we do not have the ability to provide prior service records,  we do not have them.  The vehicle passed a state inspection, which means that it is in safe condition.The vehicle was not purchased or sold with a spare key or a vehicle manual, we would be able to provide them to Mr. [redacted] at our cost.  Unfortunately, during the purchase process not everything goes as quickly as we would hope, which is why we delivered the car the next day. I hope that this resolves the complaint.

[The salesperson who wrote the note is [redacted], his desk is in the second row close to the window and next to another salesperson [redacted]. I was surprised that the manager replied to Revdex.com that he/she doesn't know this salesperson and intents to mislead that the note was fake note. Here I want to emphasize again, [redacted] was the salesperson who gave me one set of key and wrote the note on the same day. He promised his colleague would mail another set of key to me, I was so lucky that I kept this note as an evidence. ]

The cost of keys and vehcile manual should not be levied on customer as it was supposed to be included with the car, as implied during the sales process.I have not received any service records, as yet. Please provide tracking number, if available. I have not recieved any calls from manager and nor a voicemail was left.In short, none of the issue raised in my original complaint has been addressed as yet.ThanksRevdex.com:

We are very sorry that [redacted]'s delivery experience has some bumps, however we have replaced all 4 tires with [redacted] 235/55/R18 before [redacted] took delivery.  We registered the car in Connecticut on May 17.  When it was discovered that the vehicle was damaged on the lot, the...

Salesperson picked up the car, brought it to the body shop and returned the car to [redacted] after the repairs were made.  We are willing to reimburse [redacted] for a rental, we only asked for receipts from the Rental agency.  [redacted] could only produce receipts from his friend.  Unfortunately we cannot accept that, however we have offered multiple times to reimburse his first payment in the amount of $540.00.  If this is acceptable I will have a check issued today. Thank you[redacted]Controller
