Good afternoon, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with [redacted] ***, but I am not in any way affiliated with them

I referred two different people two different times and only received one gift card the first time for my referral [redacted] I have not received my gift card for my referral [redacted]

Good morning [redacted] ***, I apologize but I am just seeing this complaint for the first time, I must have missed it previously After reviewing the complaint, it is not even for my entity, he is complaining about a car not purchased from me as the car he purchased was purchased from [redacted] in May of I am not nor never was [redacted] ***, I purchased the assets of [redacted] months after he purchased the car I am hoping my Revdex.com report can be corrected to reflect this Please let me know if I can provide any further information

Mr [redacted] while I understand that you were never [redacted] ***, the employee that sold me the vehicle as well as the mechanic that supposedly fixed the vehicle are still employed with youFurthermore I am even still in your (Auto Maxx) system as having purchased the carI would resolve this matter with [redacted] but seeing they are no longer in business and you purchased the assets, I am seeking compensation from you

I apologize, I thought I sent a response to this previously Nevertheless when the complaint came in I sent her another $gas card to her in the mail, is she claiming she has not received it? Please advise, Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

After the initial complaint was submitted the vehicles transmission had blown while driving it and
having the kids in the carAfter calling and threatening legal action the dealer proposed to settle by returning vehicle getting our trade in car back as well as our deposit and terminating the loan agreementWhen picking up our deposit the dealership manager showed no remorse and forgetting the fact that all of these issues were brought on by their product and service not us, Not even remorse for the fact that someone could have been injured when the transmission popped while driving it. I accept the solution but will keep copies of all documents, pictures and videos I recieved or obtained in case of future needs

I will drop a $gas card in the mail on Monday to Mrs***

She got her car Jan her sales man was *** the same sales man as mind and my other referral *** *** he told me of the referral program and let me no there was no limits

While our account of the situation differs we felt it in our best interest to refund the customer and let them purchase a car at a different dealership.  This transaction happened last week.

Can I please get her address to send the second card.
