For future advertising, we have added language directly under the pull tab on the advertisement that the confirmation code must match the prize board at the dealershipPrior to this, the language was in the final disclaimerI think this makes it more clear that the code needs to matchPat M***

I am rejecting this, because there was no contract signed with the bankWhen I called the bank there were no records of me as a customer, so if there are no records of me as a customer how was a deal sealedI will further my complaint with SC *** dealer investigator *** *** and will be working on obtaining a civil suit against this companyIf I walk into a business and place a $order and decide against taking the order why would that business keep the $500, especially if I never used the productI never even took the car off the lot; not even for a test driveThis is unsatisfactory business to a consumerHow can a business just take $for a service that was not even provided; that I don't understandSo no I will not accept this offer and plan to further this, because no one should be taken advantage of as a consumer

I am rejecting this response because:the busniess keeps referring to the confirmation numberThe advert doesn't show anything about the confirmation number being the winning objective: just the matching symbolsIf the busniess wants to continue to run "bait and switch" style adverts, that's their prerogative but I'll be sure to let my clients know and warn them of their activities
