From: Cesar H** Sent: Thursday, December 03, 2015 5:49 PMTo: drteamSubject: id [redacted] Dear Revdex.com in regards to this mater I Cesar H[redacted] went to visit with [redacted] unfortunately I was unable to reach any agreement with him for the following reasons 1. he demanded 30,000 in cash for the damages also have a demand letter with said amount 2.he said he would not let me any where close to the truck just to make an assessment 3.he said he was good friends with the [redacted] and that he would be sending us a letter not sure what this has to do with the incident 4.he said the [redacted] dealer would charge 3,000 dollars to give him an estimate Its possible that [redacted] did arrive with 2 oil jugs just in case the truck was low on oil but this does not mean we intended on leaving the truck there we would have had it towed but we only wanted to see if there was a leak or if was low in oil but he was refused to touch the truck the oil was from bulk 5-30 but pending the assessment we would have had the truck towed and would have had performed a full oil change at our facility or any facility of his choice and would have refunded our charges and covered all costs of towing I did also suggest he take the truck to a certified auto shop but he insisted only [redacted] truth is allot of ASE certified shops have more knowledgeable techs than the dealer Mr [redacted] is very educated very well spoken but is abusive as he first denied that he was present at his office then as i was leaving sent for me I insisted that as imperfect people we all make mistakes but he does not seem to grasp the idea that all shops make mistakes because imperfect people work at each shop I also apologized for not taking sooner and I truly am sorry for not acting sooner but I find it difficult to believe I should give him 30,000 just because he has leverage with the state attorney general and because he is a radio show host this is just not the way problems get resolved by using influences to bully other small business owners into submission
