In 2012, ARS came and repossessed my vehicle due to an error with *** investments*** investments in turn informed them that the car was paid for, this was done in error and that my car should be released*** sent me a notice saying I could pick up my car by 5pm any day and that I had until 5/12/to pick it upThe notice was sent to me on 4/30/I called ARs to let them know I would be by at on 5/8/I dont get off until 5pm so I needed to make sure I had coverage to leave early and also a way to go get the carARS told me I needed to pick it up by and that I need an appointmentI informed them that the letter I received did not state I needed an appointment or to pick it up by 2pm Then they told me everyday that I waited, it was $storage feeI informed them there was no way I could get this car before because of my work scheduleSo they eventual kept the carFast forward to 8/I receive a letter from the Cincinnati Police about my car that wa

ARS policy is with the Banks we serve and the Banks approve our fees services when usWe charge the same amount as other tow business in the nationJust like all buswe are respected for being honest and use all legal means in our practices

The tow service damaged my vehicle during towing and came out to inspect vehicle, now they refuse to return my calls to resolve the matter

I was in a bit of a Financial strain and my vehicle was repossessedI was able to retrieve it back,this company is the one that got the car along with my personal belongings in the car when I did go get my car with my personal belongings they had stole all my personal things out my car of valueI will be pursuing a lawsuit against them.I think it's ashame your already in a Financial strain then to have to deal with a company that steals out of the vehicles that they retrieveThis is very unsettling it's not fair and just not right
