Very poor customer service. They cancelled an appointment with me three times by not being at their shop at the appointment time. They kept saying that they were running late. On the third time I was told "just go somewhere else I'm too busy with the dealerships". They advertised a price that was about $100 cheaper and I wanted to get a remote starter for my wife's car as a Christmas present. This was the only reason that I tolerated the previous 2 times of not being at their shop during the time they said for me to come by. I ended up giving my cash to [redacted]. And will never give a penny to the very rude people at Automotive Accessories Unlimited. They should change their name to [redacted].
