I would like to commend Ken and all of the guys at Automotive City in Grass Valley, Ca. When my Dodge truck wouldn't start, I called them to find out how much it would be to run a diagnostic on my startup system. They quoted me $55.00 so I decided to come in and find out what was wrong. Within seconds of hooking their computer up to my truck they were able to tell me that my battery had a dead cell. Ken looked up the price for him to replace my "odd sized" battery, and it turns out that I could save a lot of money if I bought one somewhere else and replaced it myself! He was so honest, informative, and fair with me, and even told me where to go to get the battery so I could save some money. Guess what?!?! He didn't even charge me for the 10 second diagnostic! Any other guy could have taken me for at least $300.00, but Ken and his crew are honest and caring, and I know they will take care of you like they took care of me!
