*** *** ***Good afternoon ***, I wanted to respond to the complaint by Mr***This incident occurred back in May and we were
under the impression that the customer was satisfied with the resolutionAfter a routine service the customer came back stating that the windshield had been crackedWhile there was no certainty whether it happened while in our possession or not we strive to retain and keep our customers happy so we offered to replace the windshield at no chargeDays later the customer requested an inspection to be performed by a 3rd party because he thought the vehicle fell off of a liftWhile this is almost impossible with the lifts we use there would’ve been obvious damage if that did in fact happenRegardless, we offered to perform an inspection at our shop to satisfy the customerUnfortunately, he declinedAt this point I feel like we have gone above and beyond to accommodate every request from Mr***If he would like to take advantage of a free inspection for peace of mind performed at our shop I will be more than happy to honor itPlease let me know if there is anything else I can do *** ***
